This page explains what happens to information you send to Ordia Labs Inc. through ordia.ai. The site is a company and contact site. It does not have accounts, comments, or a checkout.

What the site collects

Nothing directly. There is no contact form, no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no tracking cookie on this site. Standard web server logs may record the usual request details, such as an IP address and a browser user agent, for security and reliability.

What happens when you email us

If you write to hello@ordia.ai, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and to run the engagement that follows. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

We keep business correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship and for our own records. Ask us to delete your correspondence and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Other services

Web fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request needed to deliver the font files.
Our email is handled by our mail provider on our behalf.
BandMaster is a separate product with its own privacy terms. This page does not cover it.

Your choices

You can ask what correspondence we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ordia.ai and we will respond.

Changes

If this page changes, the date above changes with it.
